the project

easeband came to us with an innovative product idea that needed an equally established brand and messaging. We began by running a full brand workshop, working through positioning, values, target audiences and key messages. Alongside this, we carried out desk research to understand the competitive landscape and opportunities in the wellness space.

From this foundation we iterated brand identity concepts, using graphic design to capture the personality of the brand and product. We developed logos, colour palettes, typography, and image use guidelines, then built a complete brand guidelines document covering every detail of application. To bring the brand to life, we designed collateral across websites, social media templates, advertising concepts, and business materials. We also wrote a tone of voice document, a messaging framework, and created four detailed personas to guide future marketing. Each persona captured buyer behaviour, motivations, budget constraints, and recommended marketing channels and strategies.

We worked closely with the agency managing the brand launch, crowd-funding campaign, photo and video shoots, social media and advertising launches in the USA to bring the full launch together.

the results

easeband launched with a comprehensive brand system and the clarity to communicate confidently with investors, partners, and end users. The detailed guidelines, messaging framework, and tone of voice document gave the team tools they could use consistently across platforms. The personas created a clear picture of target customers, helping shape product and marketing strategy.
With collateral, social templates, app screen examples and a complete identity system, easeband were equipped to launch their crowd-funding campaign in the USA.
